Riverside RV Park Policies & Guidelines
Welcome to Riverside RV Park. Thank you for staying with us!
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 pm. Early check-ins must be approved by camp hosts and may be required to pay an additional fee.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am. Late check-outs must be approved by camp hosts and may
be required to pay an additional fee.
EARLY DEPARTURES & “NO SHOWS:” are Non-Refundable.
EXTRA CHARGES:
Firewood: $7 per bundle (sizes vary).
Extra person (+6 RV or 4 tent): $5/night.
Pets: $5.00 per night for the 2nd pet (tent area
only) RV sites: 1-3 pets free.
Vehicles: over 1 vehicle is $5/night.

SITES: Please keep sites free of trash and clutter. Campers are responsible for disposing of all
garbage and waste liquids in the waste receptacles. Please help preserve the grass by placing
tents and vehicles on sanded areas, and using the walking trails. Please no carpet placed on the
grass areas. Do not use nails, spikes, or screws in live trees. No clothing lines may be hung
from the trees. No tents are allowed in RV sites. Only ONE tent is permitted per tent site.
SITE UTILITIES & THE HONEY WAGON: The “Honey Wagon” is our portable dump tank
for sewer and gray water. It is available for RVs staying 7 nights or longer, at no additional
charge. Sewer dumps are 1 time per week. RV owners must be available to hook up their own RV. RV owners may also use the dump station on site. Ask camp host for the location.
Additional dumps for campers staying less than 7 nights may be coordinated with camp host based on availability.
A dump fee will be charged in this case. GRAY WATER MUST NOT BE EMPTIED ONTO THE GROUND.
FACILITIES: The restrooms and showers are located in the bath house on the west end of the
upper portion of the property. Please help us maintain a clean and sanitary facility. The bath house is for
registered guests and requires an access code which is available from the host. The Pavilions are
available to all guests and may be reserved through the camp host for private events.
PARKING & VEHICLES: Park only in the designated areas of your site – no more than 1
vehicle per site. Additional vehicles and trailers must pay a daily fee to park in the
campground or in overflow parking on the upper property. Daily guests of campers are to use
overflow parking designated by camp host. A “camp reservation card” must be displayed in
your vehicle or RV. Toy haulers or other trailers must pay for an additional site.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive carefully and watch for children!
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours will be 10 pm to 8 am. Radio, television volume, and other
activities must be controlled. No loud noise, nuisance, or drunkenness will be tolerated. Public
drunkenness or drug use may result in immediate eviction.
PETS: Well-behaved pets are welcome but must be leashed and attended at all times. No
outside pens. Clean up after pets in all areas. Please be kind to ducks, geese, and other wildlife
on the property.
TOBACCO & ALCOHOL: On our property and in all facilities, there will be no public
consumption of alcohol or tobacco products. These activities may be done within the confines
of your own campsite as long as such activities do not become a bother to your neighbors. The
camp host reserves the right to ask for a cease of these activities at their own discretion.
FIRES: All fires must be in the fire pits provided for each site. Fire pits are not to be moved.
No cutting of trees or scavenging of firewood is allowed. Wood may be purchased in bundles
at the camp host office. County-wide fire bans may prevent campfires seasonally.
PONDS & FISHING: No swimming or wading in the ponds at any times. Children under the age
of 12 must have an adult present to use the tire swing. All fishing must be catch and release with
barbless hooks only. Colorado fishing license required. Minors must fish under adult
supervision.
CHILDREN: We welcome children of all ages. Children under the age of 12 must have adult
supervision at all times and be accompanied by an adult when using park amenities.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses while on this property. We reserve
the right to deny service to any guest or terminate their stay for lack of adherence to
guidelines.
