Riverside RV Park opens May 1st and closes October 1st.

The following guidelines are provided to ensure a pleasant stay for you and our other

guests. We are dedicated to providing a wholesome, quality environment.

NOTE: On our property and in all facilities, there will be No Smoking and No Alcoholic

Beverages outside at any time.

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Please be sure to check in with the campground host upon arrival. Arrivals

before or after Office Hours call 719-539-4888. If you have a Reservation, go to your

designated site and check in during office hours.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am for the lodge and campground. Late check-outs will be

charged.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELATION FEES:

Nightly Deposit $50, a Non-refundable Cancel Fee of $50 will be charged if the site is

canceled within 2 days prior to arrival date.

Weekly Deposit $100, a Non-refundable Cancel Fee of $100 will be charged if the site

is canceled within 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Dry Site Nightly Deposit $40, a Non-refundable Cancel Fee of $40 will be charged if the

site is canceled within 2 days prior to arrival date.

Tent Site Nightly Deposit $40, a Non-refundable Cancel Fee of $40 will be charged if

the site is canceled within 2 days prior to arrival date. Please note, only ONE tent is permitted per tent site.

To Cancel or Change a reservation, please call the Camp Host at 719-539-4888.

SITES: Please keep sites litter free. Campers are responsible for disposing of all

garbage and waste liquids in the waste receptacles. Containers are provided for

recycling glass, plastic, and aluminum. One picnic table is provided for each site. Help

preserve the grass by placing tents on sanded areas and using the walking trails. Do

not use nails, spikes, or screws in live trees. No hanging clotheslines or laundry and no

carpet on the grass areas. Tents are only permitted in tent sites.

SITE OCCUPANCY: All RV sites have a max occupancy of 6 persons (one must be an

adult) and one pet, extra pets must be added to reservation and are extra costs. No tents are permitted in RV sites.

NOTE: RV rates are based on 4 people, (extra people, up to the max 6, are $5.00 each per

night).

SITE UTILITIES: ALL Monthly Sites will be metered for Electricity and charged this

additional fee. Water, WiFi, and the Bathhouse are free of charge.

TENTS: One (1) tent per site, includes 2 persons max. For tenting with more than 2

per tent see Group Tenting. Maximum stay is 5 nights. No tents are allowed in RV sites.

Group Tenting: $15.00 per person, per night. This includes children of any age. Please

call the Camp Host at 719-539-4888 for reservations.

DEPOSITS: Deposits are to be made with a Credit Card. Walk-ins may pay the deposit

by Check.

EARLY DEPARTURES: are Non-Refundable.

"NO SHOWS": Deposit will be charged and your site will be canceled.

RIVER SITES: All River Sites are "Nightly" with a 7 night stay maximum.

EXTRA CHARGES:

Firewood bundles: $7.00 per bundle.

Extra person: $5.00 per night.

Pets: $5.00 per night for the 2nd pet.

Vehicles: over 1 vehicle is $5.00 per night.

PARKING: Park only in the designated areas of your site – no more than 1 vehicle per

site. (Jack blocks are required under all stabilizers.) Daily guests of campers are to use

overflow parking at the Motel. Tent campers park in the lot on the west of the

campground.

VEHICLES: Properly licensed and operated vehicles from site to gate are permitted with

Proof of Insurance for the Tow Vehicle and the RV (must be On File). The Camp Host

will provide a Camp Reservation Card that must be displayed on your vehicle and RV.

SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 5 mph. Guests may be walking or children playing so

please drive carefully.

PETS: Two (2) pets maximum. The 1st pet is Free and the 2nd pet is $5.00 per night.

Well-behaved pets are welcome but must be leashed and attended at all times. No pets

are to be left alone in the RV. No outside pens. Clean up after pets in all areas. Please

be kind to ducks, geese, and other wildlife on the property.

HONEY WAGON: The “Honey Wagon” is available for RVs staying 7 nights or longer, at

no additional charge. Dumps are 1 time per week. RV owners must be available to hook up their RV.

WINTER STORAGE: $75.00 per Month. Proof of Insurance for the Tow Vehicle and the

RV must be On File.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours will be 10 pm to 8 am. LOUD NOISE: Radio, television

volume and other disturbing noises and activities must be controlled. No loud noise,

nuisance or drunkenness will be tolerated. Public drunkenness or drug use will result in

immediate eviction.

FIRES: All fires must be in the fire pans provided for each site. Fire pans are not to be

moved. No cutting of trees or scavenging of firewood is allowed.

FACILITIES: The restrooms and showers are located in the bathhouse on the west end

of the upper property. Please help us maintain a clean and sanitary facility. The

bathhouse is for registered guests and requires an access code which is available from

the host. The Pavilion is available to all guests when not in use by WE staff.

PONDS: No swimming or wading in the ponds at any times.

Children: We welcome children of all ages. Children under the age of 12 must have

adult supervision at all times and be accompanied by an adult when using the

amenities.

LODGE ONLY: No food or drinks in rooms. You are financially responsible for property

damage. The temperature may be adjusted by opening the window in summer and

thermostat in winter. Do not adjust the heat above 75 degrees. Turn off lights and lock

doors when you leave.

NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses

while on this property. We reserve the right to deny service to any guest or terminate

their stay for lack of adherence to guidelines.
